Alarm Filtering
The IAS should either:
a) Have the means to indicate to the ARC whether the IAS is set or unset
(open and close signals).

b) Be capable of generating a secondary signal identifiable at the ARC as a
mis-operation signal (see Command 36 Alarm Abort ).
